The Girl Behind The Posts

My name is Madison, but I go by Maddie most of the time. I am 20-years-old, soon to be 21 this summer (2019). I have three children (yes, three) and I love being a mother. I was quite young when I had my first child, as I am sure you could have guessed. Definitely not how I imaged things playing out, but I wouldn’t dream of changing any of it.

I have always loved to write; stories, lists, ideas, about my life, you name it! However, I have always been quite shy when it comes to sharing, especially with my friends and family. I think that is why I fell in love with blogging, it has allowed me to have a voice, finally. Which is something that I had been longing for, I felt alone for a really long time and blogging gave me this whole little world to vent, share and talk to when needed and to write the way that I want without constant criticism.

The first blog that I started is a Mommy Blog called #Momlife (if you care to check it out, I will leave a link below, as well as on my Contact Me page). It was about three years ago now that I started posting semi-regularly on #Momlife, while taking little breaks here and there. I am sure you are thinking that this is a bit of an unexpected turn for me, especially coming from a parenting blog. I assure you that as I move forward with Savage Beauty and continue sharing it will become clear that this is a perfect fit for me.
